This is a non-commercial website run by an individual (Arjen Nijeboer, Wormerveer, The Netherlands). I am the data controller for any personal data processed on this site. Dutch privacy and other laws (e.g., the EU’s GDPR laws) govern all (privacy) aspects of this website.
2. Personal Data
I only store personal information that you provide yourself, such as:
- your name and email address when you subscribe to the newsletter
- information you choose to share when posting content on this website
I never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
Newsletter
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter.
- Once you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the mailing list.
User postings
- You can delete your own postings at any time.
- If you experience any problems doing this, you can contact me via the online contact form and I will help you.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Your data is processed on the basis of:
- your consent, and
- your request to participate (for example, subscribing to my newsletter or posting content).
3. Website Cookies and Statistics
This website only uses a cookie placed by my internet service provider SiteSell.com. This cookie only:
- track first-time visits and repeat visits
- show how visitors enter and leave the website
- are used only for basic website statistics and technical operation
This cookie:
- does not record a visitor's personally identifiable information, except for the IP address, which is recorded only for anti-spam and anti-fraud purposes
- does not store information about the visitors' behavior or preferences, other than mentioned above
I do not have access to personal information from these cookies and cannot identify individual visitors.
